Use of dugemslot is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Player Account on dugemslot. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. All Player Accounts on dugemslot are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The account currency is fixed at the time of registration and cannot subsequently be changed. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by dugemslot.
Dugemslot accepts deposits via the following channels: FPX instant bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Dugemslot reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit thirty) per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may be extended pending KYC verification or additional compliance checks. Dugemslot does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of dugemslot's compliance team. Dugemslot reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of due-diligence procedures.
All promotions and bonuses offered by dugemslot are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. These include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering multiples, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements, while table games and live casino wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's individual terms.
Dugemslot monitors wagering patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin play designed solely to complete wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and the use of automated betting software. Where bonus abuse is identified, dugemslot reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account in question.
A 2% deposit bonus, capped at MYR 688 per qualifying deposit, is available to players who make deposits using BTC, ETH, USDT, or BNB. This bonus is credited automatically and is subject to standard wagering requirements. The bonus is not available in combination with other welcome or deposit-match promotions unless explicitly stated.
Each game available on dugemslot operates according to its individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. Dugemslot accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, dugemslot reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance. Dugemslot shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical error that cannot be independently verified from server-side logs.
Sports betting markets — including those covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, dugemslot's determination, made in good faith using available official sources, shall be final.
Dugemslot reserves the right to void any bet placed following a manifest error in pricing, technical error, or where the bet is placed in contravention of these Terms. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Player's account balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dugemslot and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, dugemslot is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Dugemslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player has provided false or misleading information; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it.
Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, any balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited without recourse. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
Dugemslot reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of dugemslot following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
